DETAILED REPORT

Our evaluation is communicated through a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all the systems in the home, as well as any recommended improvements along with colour pictures to illustrate the area in question. The report is delivered to you electronically by the end of the same day. It is also retained on the system for future reference.

FUTURE PHONE SUPPORT

Our services don't end with the inspection. For as long as you own the home, you can call or email with any additional questions - at no extra charge!

HOME REFERENCE BOOK

A complimentary Home Reference Book is included with pre-listing and pre-purchase inspections. It consists of over 450 pages containing descriptions and colourful illustrations of the components of a house. It is useful both for helping you when engaging a contractor or when doing your own upgrades.

The Home Reference Book also includes a list of approximate costs for a variety of repairs and upgrades. It contains a maintenance checklist to help you ensure you keep your house in smooth running order.
